"So... the pickup was a mess. My..."
So... the pickup was a mess. My flight was delayed and it didn’t seem like the driver was tracking it at all, so I ended up waiting around for ages. Really frustrating experience and I wouldn’t book again.

"Support was basically nowhere to be found"
I tried reaching out to support twice when I actually needed help, it was just frustrating. The replies took forever, and when they finally did respond, it felt like they barely read what I wrote. Like, what’s the point of having support if you’re going to leave people waiting and then send back something unhelpful? I mostly felt ignored, and yeah, I wouldn’t use them again

"Driver seemed unprofessional"
I don’t know if I just caught the driver on a bad day, but the whole ride felt uncomfortable. He barely greeted me, seemed annoyed while driving, and kept looking at his phone. I can’t say for sure what he was doing on it, but it didn’t feel very safe or professional. i probably wouldn’t use this service again...

"Not sure I’d rely on them again"
We landed and, unfortunately, the driver wasn’t there. I tried calling, but nobody picked up for quite a while, which was frustrating after a long flight. After about 40 minutes, they finally told us to just keep waiting, but at that point we weren’t really comfortable doing that, so we ended up taking a taxi instead. Maybe it was just a bad day, but i’d be hesitant to book them again for an airport pickup.

"Booking was more hassle than it should’ve been..."
I tried booking a transfer, but the site felt messy and confusing... I had to re-enter my details twice, and after a while I just gave up. It really wasn’t easy to use at all.

"I was disappointed with this ride. When..."
I was disappointed with this ride. When I got in, the car didn’t feel very clean, which already made things a little uncomfortable. Then once we got going, I noticed the seats felt really worn out and kind of hard, so the whole trip just wasn’t pleasant. I was expecting a much better experience, but it missed the mark for me.

"Way too pricey for what it was"
I booked through world-airport-transfer.com i came away feeling like I’d paid more than I should have...

The ride itself was fine, just a regular transfer, nothing that really stood out. But then I checked a few other options afterward and realized the price was quite a bit higher, so that was annoying...

For what I paid, I expected a bit more, maybe better service or something extra at least. I wouldn’t use them again, just didn’t feel worth it to me..
